Modular CNC control and retrofit platform for old, non-standard, and special-purpose machines.

## Purpose

CNC.VOSCOM.ONLINE is being developed for factories where machine mechanics are still valuable but the old electronics, closed CNC control, or non-standard kinematics prevent effective use of the equipment.

The project is focused on engineering modernization, not a boxed universal CNC control.

## Current Status

- Working MVP deployed on a real 6-axis TRIPET cylindrical grinding machine.
- Web-HMI operator interface.
- MWOS ESP32 controller layer.
- Linux server.
- MySQL database.
- G/M commands, scenarios, and machine-specific technological cycles.

## TRIPET Case

The first major deployment was made on a TRIPET cylindrical grinding machine. It validates:

- manual and automatic operation modes;
- coordinates and axis reference;
- spindle and workhead control;
- coolant and air control;
- tool-change functions;
- programs and grinding cycles;
- Web-HMI operation.

This case demonstrates a working engineering base, but it does not mean universal readiness for every CNC machine without adaptation.

## Architecture

The system is distributed:

- machine / line;
- sensors, axes, relays, spindles, and auxiliary mechanisms;
- MWOS controllers based on ESP32;
- Linux server;
- MySQL database;
- browser-based Web-HMI and scenarios.

Controllers execute commands and handle signals, the server stores configuration and routes commands, and the interface is adapted to the operator and technological process.

## Capabilities

- Axis control for linear and rotary axes, auxiliary mechanisms, and positioning units.
- Integration with encoders, position sensors, limit switches, and reference signals.
- Browser Web-HMI for operator panels, manual mode, automatic mode, programs, tools, and diagnostics.
- G/M commands and extended machine-specific cycles.
- Logs, service screens, controller state, and scenario debugging.
